Another accident has caused concern for residents in Chingford Road by the bend at the Pool & Track. 

A driver crashed through a newly built wall on Christmas Eve. The resident had only just had it rebuilt following a similar accident last July.

On New Years Day another driver demolished a bollard on the pavement nearby.

Cllr Bob Belam has identified some money to have design work done on a safety scheme to prevent more damage to the homes on the bend.

The remedial work will be carried out in the new financial year starting April.
