All refuse and recycling collections scheduled for Mondays that could not be undertaken on Monday 11th January were collected on Tuesday 12th Jan. Refuse and Recycling continued on Tuesday 12th January following the normal schedule. Recycling was collected from all scheduled roads except 1 road. Refuse was collected from all but 22 roads. We aim to collect from these roads as soon as practical.

Some collections have also been brought forward from Wednesday, Thursday and Friday because roads were missed last week. Collections will also be made on the scheduled days, weather and ground conditions permitting.

Crews have been instructed to take all excess refuse. All recycling collections this week will be mixed [co-mingled] All recyclable material that is collected will be recycled. Sorting will be undertaken at a Multi Recovery Facility [MRF]

Bulky collections are proceeding according to individual appointments.

Green Garden Waste collections have been suspended for this week.
